What is Scantech Systems?

Scantech Systems is a disaster dispatch lead service. Using state of the art equipment, we monitor all of Southern California to determine when a structure becomes damaged due to floods, fires, structural collapse, natural disasters, or any other damaging circumstances. When a structure becomes damaged or destroyed by any unplanned means, we send information via fax or alpha-numeric pager to our customers that tells them where the incident occured, who owns the damaged property, and how to get into contact with the owner.


What types of businesses could benefit from your services?

Most of our customers are public insurance adjusters and disaster restoration companies, but other companies can gain advantages from our services. News crews can benefit from being the first on the scene to get exclusive coverage of breaking incidents. Likewise, freelance photographers can get shots before their competition to sell to newspapers. Contractors can benefit by placing bids on repair work early. Any business that needs to be made aware of breaking incidents when they happen can be in the know with our services.


What are your hours of operation?

Scantech Systems operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week, year round.


What areas of the country do you cover?

We are stationed in Southern California, and cover the following counties: Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego, and Ventura.


Do you offer live support?

Yes. In order to best serve our customers, we offer live customer support any time of the day or night.


If I get to an incident, and see that it is at a different address that the one you sent, can I get corrected owner information?

Yes. Simply call us up and we will be happy to page or fax the corrected owner information to you and only you. We will not automatically send the corrected information to all our customers, only to you or any customers who call in with the same request.

Our costs vary depending upon what level of service you require, how many counties you wish to get information on, and other factors.
